Famiyo collects information that you provide directly to us when you create an account, use our services, or communicate with us. This may include:

• Sign-in details from Apple or Google, if you choose to use them (such as your email address)
• Family member information (names, avatars, roles)
• Calendar events, tasks, points, and rewards
• Subscription status. Payments are processed by Apple or Google; we never see your card details
• Usage data and preferences (such as your language)
• App usage events (such as sign-up, creating a task, or starting a subscription), collected with Firebase Analytics from Google. These are linked to an app instance ID and our internal account ID, not to your name or email, and are used to understand how the app is used and to measure our ads. The iOS app does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA)

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Send you service emails, such as family invitations and password resets
• Respond to your comments and questions
• Protect against fraudulent or illegal activity
